Bella Hadid, Marc Kalman Have Been Secretly Dating For A Year: 'They Hid It Well'

Bella Hadid and her boyfriend Marc Kalman have been seeing each other for a year already, a report has claimed.

The 24-year-old supermodel just confirmed that she and Kalman are dating in a post on Instagram last week. However, according to an insider, they have been secretly dating and sneaking around New York since July 2020. They just managed to keep their romance under wraps before the confirmation.

"They hid it well," an unnamed insider told Page Six. "If they went out, he would come out first, get the car, and then she would get into the car. They would drive to a location, and he’d drop her off but not get out and go park the car."

"They were very diligent about not being seen on a public street at the same time," the source added.

The outlet noted that Hadid and Kalman were first spotted together in public on July 2, 2020. They were seen exiting the Aimé Leon Dore café in Lower Manhattan, and he was walking behind her at the time.

The tipster noted that the two were very careful on their previous outings and ensured that there was "never any PDA." Also, they were always accompanied by other people, making it difficult to prove that they were dating.

The tipster speculated that during those sightings, the two were probably not in a relationship yet. However, their romance became more apparent when his car regularly appeared overnight outside her pad in New York last summer.

"This new guy [at the time] was driving her around in his Porsche, and then the Porsche was [at her place] overnight multiple times. So it was like, ‘She’s got to be hooking up with this dude,'" the insider continued.

Another indication that their relationship was getting serious was when he accompanied Hadid to her sister Gigi Hadid's birthday party in April. The art director was spotted arriving at Gigi's place in his Porsche. At the time, the sisters and other party-goers went out to grab some food from a grilled cheese food truck that was rented for the night. However, he deliberately stayed inside, the source added.

Hadid confirmed her relationship with Kalman last week. She shared a series of photos of her preparing for a modeling job and included a snap of her cuddling with Kalman on Instagram.

"Time of my life Healthy, Working and Loved," she wrote in the caption.

Just days after her post, the lovers and their pals were spotted while they were boating in France. She was seen taking either a photo or a video of her beau as he jumped from the upper level of the yacht.
