Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Go On Family Vacation In The Bahamas Post Divorce Filing
Despite officially ending their husband-and-wife relationship two months ago, “Justice League” actor Ben Affleck and ex Jennifer Garner are showing a united front to their kids. The former A-list Hollywood couple even agreed to go together with their children to the Bahamas for the perfect family getaway this week.
On Wednesday, a report by Us Weekly exposed how Garner had negotiated with software company Fast Enterprises at the Atlantis Paradise Island resort to book her two adjoining two-bedroom suites and another extra suite as part of her working engagement for the company. While she did not indicate why she needed all those rooms, sources said that she was preparing the accommodation not only for herself, but also for her kids and ex-husband Affleck.
Apparently, though Garner and Affleck have called it quits two years ago and filed for divorce last April, they still want to remain as united co-parents to daughters Violet, 11, and Seraphina, 8, and son Samuel, 5. Despite reuniting for the Bahamas getaway, an insider has maintained that the exes are not looking into rekindling their romance. The trip was more of being together for their kids than being there for each other.

“Jen feels it is most beneficial for the kids to have their father present,” the insider said. “Jen will always do whatever it takes to provide the best arrangements for them that she can.” Another insider dished that the family trip “was a great opportunity to keep the norm going for the kids.”
It appears Affleck and Garner really like escaping to the Bahamas whenever they make progress in their relationship as exes. Back in 2015, the two also took off to the Caribbean and spent some time there after confirming their split. At the time though they stayed at Baker’s Bay in Great Guana Cay, which is 100 miles away from the beach they are vacationing in at present.
Garner and Affleck had been married for a decade before their split. The two stars have ended things amicably, so it’s not surprising that they continue to be around each other for their kids. Career-wise, both are extremely busy these days. Affleck is currently preoccupied with the two upcoming “Justice League” movies, while Garner is working on “Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda” and “Amusement Park” that are slated for release next year. Apart from doing movies again, Garner continues to be the face for Neutrogena (since 2010) and Capital One (since 2014), as per Daily Mail.
