Ben Affleck-Jennifer Garner Update: Ex-Couple Seeks $45M For Marital Home Amid Reconciliation Rumors
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are seeking to sell their marital home -- a massive three acre compound in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles -- for $45 million amid rumors of reconciliation, Variety reported. The news comes the same day Garner fueled pregnancy rumors after she was photographed wearing an oversized top.
Affleck and Garner, who announced their divorce in June, reportedly bought the property for $17.55 million in 2009. The one storey home has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and a separate structure on the property features an art studio, home gym, and two additional bathrooms.
Rumors have surfaced that the “Gone Girl” actor remained on the property post his split from Garner and spent nights in the guest house in order to remain close to his three children, Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.
The former couple has been spotted together on several occasions, giving rise to speculation that they may be trying to work on their marriage.
Recently, reports surfaced that Garner is pregnant with Affleck’s fourth child, and rumors heated up Tuesday after the former “Alias” actress was photographed while running errands in Los Angeles Monday. According to reports, the starlet appeared to be hiding a burgeoning baby bump. However, Gossip Cop denied reports of Garner’s pregnancy.
Meanwhile, OK! magazine reported that Affleck is worried that Christine Ouzounian, his alleged mistress and the family’s former nanny, will reveal secrets of his failed marriage with Garner. Ouzounian is reportedly thinking of revealing secrets of her affair with Affleck in a tell-all book.
“He’s afraid she’ll use anything that he’s ever told her against him,” the insider reportedly told OK! magazine. “Ben’s even worried Christine may have recorded some of their conversations.” The person added: “Christine is very upset and says Ben should be worried. In her mind, this is far from over.”
