Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez Step Out For Movie Date With Their Kids

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez took their kids to a movie screening in Los Angeles over the weekend.

The Hollywood couple was spotted making their way to the Regency Theater Saturday. The 49-year-old actor and the 52-year-old actress rocked comfortable outfits for the outing, Entertainment Tonight said in a report about their latest sighting.

Affleck and Lopez watched “Licorice Pizza” at the movie house with their children, TMZ reported. One photo released by ET showed the couple walking hand-in-hand as they made their way into the theater.

The two of them kept it casual, with the singer-actress rocking blue jeans and a floral print sweater, while the actor opted for black pants and a three-layered top comprising a gray T-shirt, plaid button-down shirt and black jacket. Both of them also wore face masks for protection amid the pandemic.

The “Gone Girl” actor and the “Hustlers” actress were escorted to the cinema by a man who appeared to be a manager, according to E! News.

Following closely behind the couple were Affleck’s kids with ex Jennifer Garner, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9. It was not clear why his other daughter, 16-year-old Violet, was not able to join them.

On the other hand, Lopez’s twins with ex husband Marc Anthony, Emme and Max, 13, were in attendance during the family outing.

The family’s movie date comes amid Affleck and Lopez’s decision to spend their short break for the holidays together. Due to their busy schedules, the Hollywood stars have been unable to spend a lot of time together, according to InStyle.

They previously reunited for Thanksgiving at the “Let’s Get Loud” hitmaker’s residence in L.A. At the time, Lopez flew from Canada and went straight to her home where her and Affleck’s families had a reunion.

“Jennifer was very excited to come home and spend Thanksgiving with Ben. [Ben's] mom joined them, and they had a lot of low-key family time with both of their families together,” an unnamed source previously told E! News.

The insider continued, “Jennifer enjoys the holidays and this was her first since she and Ben have been back together. She wanted to make it special for him and for the kids and to start new traditions.”
