Ben Affleck Packs On PDA With Lindsay Shookus Before Heading To Rehab
Ben Affleck and his girlfriend, Lindsay Shookus, did not shy away from showing their affection towards each other publicly.
Last weekend, the couple went shopping at a Christian Louboutin store in Los Angeles. The “Saturday Night Live” producer was also photographed holding two different pairs of stilettos.
Shookus was wearing a long-sleeved blouse and black jeans during their sighting. Affleck, on the other hand, was wearing a gray shirt, black jacket and jeans.
At one point during their shopping spree, Affleck kissed Shookus on her head, and she had a huge smile on her face. The couple also bought coffee at one of the nearby cafes, according to US Weekly.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Affleck and Shookus showed their affection towards each other publicly. After the holidays, Affleck kept his girlfriend warm by hugging her while they were on the streets of L.A.
In the photos uploaded online via the Daily Mail, Affleck also kisses Shookus on her head.
Affleck’s recent sighting confirms that he has not returned to rehab after the holidays. Page Six previously reported that the actor was allowed to leave the facility so he could spend time with his family and girlfriend.
As of late, it is still unclear when Affleck will return to rehab to help treat his long-time battle with alcohol addiction. In December, a source told US Weekly that Affleck is focused on getting better.
“Ben’s main priorities have never wavered. He’s focused on his family and spending time with Lindsay. Dealing with this disease is something he’ll have to work on for the rest of his life and he remains focused on it,” the source said.
Luckily for the actor, Garner has been supportive of his sobriety. “She wants to see him healthy and at his best. She knows that’s what’s best for the kids and the family. Jennifer is an amazing supporter, but one of many,” a source told E! News.
Affleck’s girlfriend and closest friends are all supportive of his sobriety as well.
