Ben Affleck Spends Day With Ex Jennifer Garner, Son After JLo Honeymoon

Ben Affleck reunited with ex-wife Jennifer Garner and 10-year-old son Samuel Garner Affleck following his romantic getaway with Jennifer Lopez in the City of Love.

The 49-year-old actor reportedly returned to America and spent a pool day in Los Angeles alongside the 50-year-old “13 Going on 30” star and their son over the weekend, Harper’s Bazaar reported.

Affleck sported a casual outfit, which included a long-sleeved flannel worn over a plain gray t-shirt and blue jeans paired with the classic Converse sneakers. He was spotted holding hands with his son, who walked barefoot and was wrapped up in a towel, as they left the Maggie Gilbert Aquatic Center, known as the Pacific Palisades pool.

Garner, however, was seen leaving the location separately from the “Argo” director and their son. She instead walked with an unidentified pal. Her torso was also wrapped up in a towel, while she wore a plain gray t-shirt, a blue baseball cap, and black sunglasses.

It was the “first public reunion” between the ex-couple since Affleck married the “Jenny From The Block” singer in a surprise Las Vegas wedding on July 16 and spent their honeymoon in Paris, France.

The newlyweds brought along four children: Lopez’s 14-year-old twins, Max and Emme, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony, and Affleck’s daughters, 17-year-old Violet and 13-year-old Seraphina. Samuel reportedly stayed home with Garner in the United States.

While Affleck had his short reunion with Garner and Samuel, the 53-year-old “Let’s Get Loud” singer jetted off to Italy, where she returned to the stage for the first time after marrying the award-winning actor.

Lopez headlined the star-studded charity event named LuisaViaRoma for the UNICEF gala. She performed at the Certosa di San Giacomo monastery, where Lopez flaunted a stunning animal print outfit.

In pictures from the concert obtained by Harper’s Bazaar, the singer-actress wore a floor-length ruffled dress with a white feather trim and a matching high-neck zebra printed bustier. For the bottoms, she wore low-rise pants with a glamorous gold-and-crystal embellished belt and had feathers all over her lower legs.

Later on, the “Dinero” singer surprised fans with wardrobe magic, where the ensemble disappeared and turned into a nude bodysuit with sparkling crystals and matching fishnet tights.

Affleck and Lopez finally tied the knot after announcing their engagement in April. However, the wedding festivities are not over yet since the couple reportedly hired luxury event planner Colin Cowie for an extravagant wedding celebration, Page Six reported.

An unnamed source revealed that the event would be a multi-day affair, and they would invite “everyone they love but could not invite” during their nuptials in Sin City. Guests invited include Matt Damon, Jimmy Kimmel, and Drea de Matteo, Lopez’s “Shades of Blue” co-star.

It will take place in Affleck’s 87-acre property in Riceboro, Georgia, most “likely in the next few weeks.”
