Ben Affleck’s Statement About Jennifer Garner Divorce Allegedly Causing Problems With John Miller

Ben Affleck previously made a shocking claim about his divorce from Jennifer Garner by saying that it was the biggest regret of his life. Shortly after, there were claims that Garner’s boyfriend, John Miller, is threatened by Affleck.

But according to Hollywood Life, there is no truth to claims. Even though Affleck and Garner have an unorthodox situation on their hands, this has never caused problems between the “13 Going On 30” actress and Miller.

“He’s secure and has no issues with Jen having a relationship with Ben and that hasn’t changed [since Ben’s comments]. He’s a dad too and still on good terms with his ex, so he gets the whole co-parenting thing. It also helps that Jen doesn’t play games,” the source said.

The insider went on to say that Garner is very straightforward and loyal so Miller has nothing to worry about. Even though the couple’s relationship is still quite new, they remain totally unaffected by Affleck’s recent divorce comments.

Garner and Miller have not publicly addressed their relationship so it is more unlikely for them to ever comment on the actress and Affleck’s divorce. But the tabloid’s claims did not necessarily coincide with the statement made by Us Weekly last month.

Another source told the publication that Miller is not exactly happy that Affleck is still talking about Garner so much while promoting “The Way Back.” The source also said that Miller is becoming uncomfortable with the “Argo” star’s interviews.

“John is empathetic to Ben’s struggles with sobriety, but he worries about how Jennifer has once again become her ex-husband’s focus. The spotlight on Jennifer is intense and Ben needs to consider her feelings before speaking so publicly,” the source said.

Shortly after Affleck told the New York Times that his biggest regret is divorcing Garner, the former couple stepped out in public with their 7-year-old son, Samuel. Days later, Affleck was photographed with Seraphina and Samuel again.
