Ben C. Solomon, a New York Times journalist reporting on the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone, will be taking questions in a Reddit AMA at 1 p.m. EDT Wednesday.

See the AMA here.

Solomon's Q&A will take place on Reddit's r/IAmA forum. IAmA stands for "I am A..." and AMA stands for "Ask Me Anything." Anyone with a Reddit account can ask questions, but you can still observe the discussion without an account.

Solomon has been in Sierra Leone since Aug. 2 to report on the Ebola outbreak that has killed more than 1,000 people in West Africa since late March. In the past month, Sierra Leone and Liberia have lost their top doctors, the viral disease spread to Nigeria and a handful of foreigners have been infected.

Solomon did an excellent video report on the effect Ebola has on rural villages earlier this week.
