Best Buy Releases Early Access Black Friday 2021 Tech Deals
Best Buy (BBY) launched its Black Friday 2021 sale on Tuesday, giving shoppers early access to deals on the latest tech products offered by the retailer ahead of the holiday shopping season.
Like other retailers such as Walmart, Best Buy is getting a jump-start on the Black Friday sale season as it looks to reduce crowds in stores and handle the demand of what is expected to be a barrage of shoppers this year.
However, holiday shopping is being threatened by a supply chain crisis that is taking a toll on shipping, particularly at the California ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
Best Buy’s Black Friday sale kicks off on Tuesday and runs through Friday, where the tech retailer said it will have hundreds of deals available on everything from headphones to laptops and more. Some tech items on sale include:
- 70-inch Samsung 4K Smart TVs for $599.
- Beats Studio 3 headphones in matte black for $169 ( a savings of $180).
- Chromebooks as low as $99.
- Window laptops as low as $189.99.
- Samsung appliances with savings of up to $540.
Deals that Best Buy is offering also include its Black Friday Price Guarantee, where it promises the price won’t go lower before Black Friday. This ensures customers will get the best price, or the retailer will automatically refund its My Best Buy and Best Buy Totaltech members the difference without the need to show an email or receipt.
Customers who are not My Best Buy or Best Totaltech members can also get reimbursed the price difference through the company’s Price Match Guarantee, Best Buy said.
Beyond this week’s sale, Best Buy said it will have deals multiple times throughout the season to help customers get tech products earlier throughout November.
Best Buy said its traditional Black Friday 2021 sale will start a week early on Nov. 19, with thousands of deals being offered. Stores will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but its online site will be available at BestBuy.com for consumers who want to shop on the holiday, along with the company’s app.
Best Buy offers curbside pickup for most orders ready within an hour, in-store pickup, locker pickup at select stores, same-day delivery on select products for orders placed by 3 p.m., free next-day delivery on orders of $35, and ship-to-store options.
As of Tuesday premarket hours, shares of Best Buy were trading at $115.80, up 19 cents, or 0.16%.
