BET Awards 2022: Here's A List of Winners
The 2022 BET (Black Entertainment Television) Awards ceremony was held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday. Here's a list of winners who took the BET Awards home.
Jazmine Sullivan
The 35-year-old singer won the Best Female R&B/Pop Artist award and addressed the overturned Roe v. Wade ruling in her speech. "If you have ever benefited from a woman making one of the toughest decision of her life — terminating a pregnancy — you need to stand up," she said.

The Weeknd
The 32-year-old Canadian singer took the Best Male R&B/Pop Artist award home. Blxst, Chris Brown, Giveon, Lucky Daye, Wizkid and Yung Bleu were also nominated in the same category.

Silk Sonic (Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak)
The duo won the Best Group as well as the Album Of The Year Award. They also received the Video Of The Year award for their music track, "Smokin Out The Window."

Rapper Latto
The 23-year-old rapper won her first BET Award in the Best New Artist category. Baby Keem, Benny the Butcher, Muni Long, Yung Bleu and Tems were also nominated in the same category.

Lil Baby X Kirk Franklin
The duo won Dr. Bobby Jones Best Gospel/Inspirational Award for their music track, "We Win" released last year.

"King Richard" won the Best Movie award over movies like "The Harder They Fall," "Summer of Soul," "Space Jam: A New Legacy," "Respect" and "Candyman." Actor Will Smith won the Best Actor award for the same movie.

Zendaya
The 25-year-old actress won the Best Actress award for her performance in "Spider-Man: No Way Home" and "Euphoria." Aunjanue Ellis, Issa Rae, Coco Jones, Jennifer Hudson, Queen Latifah, Regina King, Quinta Brunson and Mary J. Blige were also nominated in the same category.

During the award ceremony, Sean "Diddy" Combs was given Lifetime Achievement Award. Kanye West made a surprise appearance on stage to honor his friend with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
"How do we crown our kings? How do we appreciate our kings?" West said. "I go to him for advice to this day. He inspires so many of my choices, so many of my life choices. My wife choices. Thanks for that."
