Duane Chapman from the TV series “Dog the Bounty Hunter” gave fans an update on Monday on the status of his wife, Beth Chapman, after she was placed in a medically-induced coma. The news was provided through Duane’s Twitter account after it was revealed that Beth was being hospitalized.

Beth was diagnosed with Stage 2 throat cancer in September 2017, which returned as Stage 4 lung cancer.

Beth is in “very serious” condition,” Andrew Brettler, the Chapmans’ lawyer told USA Today. Beth was placed in a medically-induced coma to help reduce pain after she had difficulty breathing and had passed out for a moment, the news outlet reported.

Duane shared a close-up photo of Beth’s hands and nails, which looked like they had been freshly painted and adorned with rhinestones. The caption read, "You all know how she is about HER NAILS !!"

Duane has asked fans to continue to pray for his wife. He said on Sunday both on Facebook and Twitter, "Please say your prayers for Beth right now thank you love you.”
