‘Better Call Saul’ Spoilers: What Happened In The Season 2 Finale? Recap Before April 10 Premiere
“Better Call Saul” will be back next week. Season 3 premieres on Monday, April 10 at 10 p.m. EDT on AMC. But it’s been almost a year since we last saw slippery, flawed lawyer Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) and his brother Chuck (Michael McKean). So, let’s refresh our memories.
The Season 2 finale kicked off with Jimmy in the hospital with his brother lying in bed. Chuck just had another attack due to his electromagnetic hypersensitivity. After a series of tests, the doctor confirms that there is nothing physically wrong with him. His brother then takes him home and becomes his temporary guardian.

Chuck then covers his whole house in silver foil in an attempt to block out all the electricity. When Jimmy visits him after learning that he quit Hamlin, Hamlin & McGill, Chuck blames the electricity for causing his mind to mess up the Mesa Verde documents. Of course, it was Jimmy that actually messed up the legal documents by altering a date. His scheme ensured that his girlfriend, Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn) got them as a client soon after they left HH & M.
Jimmy confesses to altering the documents. In short, he confesses to committing a crime. Unbeknownst to him, Chuck recorded his confession.
Meanwhile, Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) is determined to assassinate Hector Salamanca (Mark Margolis) after he threatened his granddaughter. The former police officer had his rifle ready and was about to pull the trigger when a car horn started to booms in “Klick.” Mike has to immediately abandon his murder plan to stop the horn. When he reaches the car, the word Don’t is etched on the window.
What will happen in Season 3? “Better Call Saul” will kick off with the soon-to-be Saul Goodman dealing with the consequences of his actions. He’s seen in an orange jumpsuit in photos and even in a courtroom. Elsewhere, Mike will try to find the identity of an adversary who knows everything about his business.
“Better Call Saul” Season 3 airs Monday, April 10 at 10 p.m. EDT on AMC.
