Beyonce to Make First Appearance Since Blue Ivy Carter' Birth at 40/40 Club: Report

Beyonce will apparently be making her first public appearance since the birth of Blue Ivy Carter on Wednesday night, for the grand reopening of Jay Z's 40/40 nightclub, the New York Daily News is reporting.

Don't get too excited though. On Tuesday, Beyonce apparently gave her world exclusive interview since giving birth to the Star U.K -- a claim that has been slammed by the singer's rep.

Nothing can describe the feeling. You have the instant connection once you know your child is growing inside you, but when you hold it for the first time, the words can't be found, Beyonce was quoted as saying to the British gossip magazine, which has since killed the link to the article.

The interview was completely made up, the rep told Access Hollywood. It's not real. Responding to the criticism, Star U.K's editor stood by the story.

It is not made up or fictitious at all. We bought the interview from a reporter in the U.S. who conducted the interview with Beyonce before the birth. The reporter then obtained the 'top-up' info after the birth, which we believe to have been signed off by a girl on her LSM team, the editor told Access Hollywood.

The article itself, however, indicated that the interview was carried out after the birth of Blue Ivy Carter.

Talking exclusively to Star in her first interview since giving birth, Beyonce Knowles told us she had an 'instant connection' with her daughter Blue Ivy, the article stated.

Beyonce and her husband have been private about the birth of their first child, but Star U.K insisted on revealing details that simply weren't true, according to the rep.

Security was very tight, but not just for the sake of it, it was for the security of our daughter, the magazine claimed Beyonce had said.

Beyonce apparently also mentioned her husband Jay-Z, in the interview. He is not only an inspirational artist, he is an inspirational husband. I know the next step on his journey is going to be being an inspirational father. He will change diapers, of course he will. He is going to be a very hands-on father. He has already said publicly that providing isn't love. Love is being there. Love is doing the little things for your child, another alleged Beyonce quote that featured in the article.

Now, Beyonce is rumored to make a public appearance at her husband's nightclub, which according to the Daily News, has gone under a $10 million renovation including 65-inch video screens and golden bats on the walls.
