Remember the circus in New York City that was Beyonce giving birth to Blue Ivy Carter? Fans were excited to think another baby from the superstar singer and husband Jay-Z might be on the way after photos surfaced of Beyonce sporting what appeared to be a baby bump. But her hubby set the record straight Wednesday at his 40/40 Club for the NBA 2K13 release.

"Not tonight," Jay-Z told E News, "not in nine months – absolutely not."

In case you were thinking that perhaps Bey would be having it sooner, Jay-Z clarified: "Not in one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight or nine months."

The rumor that Beyonce was pregnant began last weekend, when the couple was spotted at New York hotspot La Marina. Beyonce, who was wearing a Roberto Cavalli animal print dress, appeared to be sporting a baby bump, prompting many to speculate baby number two was on the way.

“Unofficially, we are hearing sources close to the couple are confirming that Blue Ivy has a sibling on the way,” Perez Hilton wrote on his gossip blog.

Beyonce gave birth to Blue Ivy Carter just eight months ago, and told Entertainment Tonight she wants to have more kids in the future.

“I definitely want to have more. I don’t know how many. God knows, I don’t know yet,” she said.
