Beyoncé Twins Update: ‘Formation’ Singer And JAY-Z Bring Babies To Malibu Estate
It looks like Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s home just got a little more crowded as the couple was finally able to take their twins home. Following several reports that doctors were worried about releasing the premature babies from UCLA Medical Center due to a “minor issue,” the twins were able to settle into their parents’ Malibu, California estate, according to TMZ.
News the twins, a boy and a girl, were released from the hospital comes two weeks following their June 12 birth. Beyoncé did not carry the babies to full term. Following their early birth, the twins were placed “under the lights” due to a condition called jaundice, which is common in premature babies.

Now that they have been released, the family will reportedly spend their summer at the $400,000 a month sprawling estate which sits on 6.3 acres, featuring 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and a 25-foot infinity pool. The couple, who will stay in the mansion until the end of August, are still in search of a place to call home in California.
Beyoncé and JAY-Z, who desire to raise their children in California, are struggling to find a house that fits into their $80 million budget. The couple has been searching for a home in Los Angeles for years but has yet to find one that fits into their price range.
Although she is still looking for a permanent place to call home on the west coast, Beyoncé still has plenty to celebrate. Not only was she finally able to bring her babies home, but she also won the BET Award for viewer’s choice for her song “Sorry.”
Rather than picking up her award in person, the singer sent her protégés, Chloe x Halle to accept it on her behalf and instructed them to read the speech she had written for the occasion. “Thank you BET for this award and your tremendous support of ‘Lemonade,’” Chloe read from the paper.
“This has been a journey of love, of celebrating our culture, honoring the past, and approaching the present and future with hope and resolve,” she added.
In her speech, Beyoncé made no mention of the twins but did thank those closest to her. “Thank you to my entire family for so much love. To my team at Parkwood, thank you. And thanks to all the fans, my Beyhive, for riding with me. I love and appreciate you.”
“And to everyone at the show tonight, you all look so beautiful. And at home, thank you, and have a wonderful, wonderful night. From, Beyoncé,” the speech concluded.
Fans hoping to get a glimpse of the twins may not have to wait for long. When Beyoncé gave birth to her and JAY-Z’s first child, Blue Ivy Carter, the couple released pictures of the baby a little more than a month after she was born.

However, don’t expect to see the twins dolled up in a high-end magazine. The Carters released Blue’s pictures on Tumblr rather than raking in millions for posing with a publication.
Beyoncé first announced her pregnancy with the twins in February and has documented the special time on her website. Only time will tell whether or not the twins’ will be featured on their mom’s popular site.
