Beyonce Wears Batman Mask And Picks up Jay Z And Kelly Rowland Albums [PHOTO]
Beyonce is having fun sharing private photos with fans, and showed that she wears costumes not only onstage, but offstage as well. This week, the 31-year-old mother posted pictures of herself wearing a Batman mask, alongside friends who were also in disguise as superheroes.
Even with the mask, Beyonce made a fierce pose while inside what appeared to be a department store. While inside, the singer made sure to pick up two albums. She grabbed her husband Jay Z’s “Magna Carta Holy Grail,” which stays on top of Bilboard 200, and Kelly Rowland’s “Talk a Good Game,” which debuted at No. 4 on the U.S. Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart when it was released June 14.
Rowland and Beyonce sang together as a part of the hit music group Destiny’s Child from 1990 until 2006.
Meanwhile, there has been speculation about Beyonce’s upcoming album, which as of yet has no release date. This week there were reports that the singer had scrapped 50 songs from the project, leading fans to believe it would be a while until her fifth solo album debuted. However, a rep for the singer dismissed such claims, and told the Huffington Post that she is currently recording music in the studio as she completes her Mrs. Carter Show world tour. The rep added that a press rollout will come with an official release date, along with any announcement of a delay if that occurs after the initial release date is set.
This new music will be the first since the birth of her baby girl, Blue Ivy, and her last studio album, "4," which was released last year.
"She's got her stuff going. She took the summer to start recording, and now she's in a place where she's ready to start gearing up to reveal her plan. She's already gearing up to get ready to put stuff out,” the Dream, the music producer with whom she has worked, said in a statement earlier this year.
