‘Big Bang Theory’ Season 10 Spoilers: Why Is Amy Mad At Sheldon In Episode 16 Promo?

“Big Bang Theory” Season 10, episode 16 will feature Amy (Mayim Bialik) and Sheldon’s (Jim Parsons) first major fight as boyfriend and girlfriend.

In the promo released by CBS for “The Allowance Evaporation,” Amy and Sheldon are having dinner with Bert (Brian Posehn). While enjoying their meal, Bert blurts out the fact that Amy and Sheldon only have sex once a year. Amy is understandably shocked that Bert is aware of this very personal detail about their relationship. When she asks Bert how he knew about it, Bert tells Amy that she heard it from Sheldon himself. The latter acts surprised that everyone at the university knows about their sex life, since he only told Leonard (Johnny Galecki), Howard (Simon Helberg), Raj (Kunal Nayyar) and the lunch lady at the cafeteria.

By the looks of it, Sheldon will have some explaining to do since Amy is upset that he doesn’t protect their privacy. In one of the scenes from the clip, the couple is having a serious discussion while inside their bedroom.

Elsewhere in the episode, Raj will have a hard time making ends meet after his parents stop giving him financial support. Raj comes from a rich family, but his parents decided to teach him the importance of independence so he could grow up. Raj’s dad, Dr. Koothrappali (Brian George), is expected to make an appearance in the episode. But by the looks of it, he will only be featured via a video call.

Meanwhile, Howard and Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) will continue struggling with taking care of their daughter, Hallie. Since Raj is busy with his personal problems, he will not be able to help his good friends with taking care of the infant.

“Big Bang Theory” Season 10, episode 16 will air on CBS on Feb. 16 at 8 p.m. EST.
