In the previous round, Paul Abrahamian was named as winner so he and Josh will be facing off against each other to secure a spot in the final two. The third round is very crucial because it will determine whether or not either Josh or Paul would be evicted, according to Big Brother Network.
Previously, Paul said that he plans on taking Josh to the final two because he is confident that no one would vote for him. After all, Josh had fights with some of the houseguests earlier in the season. But what Paul doesn’t know is that the members of the jury, as well as the audiences, have noticed how good Josh is in the game. Halfway through the season, he picked himself up and started winning competitions.
But while speaking with Entertainment Weekly, “Big Brother” host Julie Chen said that she is certain Paul would take Christmas Abbott to the final two. If Christmas becomes HOH, which will no longer happen, she might even consider taking Paul to the final even if it means losing to him.
With this, Josh is the only houseguest who has one lifeline left in the game. Christmas doesn’t intend to take him to the final two, and Paul may reconsider taking him over Christmas. Josh, on the other hand, wants to take Christmas to the final two spot so if he becomes this week’s HOH, Paul could be booted off from the competition.
A lot of things can still happen, and Josh could guarantee his win over Christmas if he decides to take Paul out one day before the finale. This big and strategic move will definitely impress the members of the jury and ensure his $500,000 win. But Paul has also been running the house since week two, and he has been winning competitions week after week. So the ball is definitely round for him and Josh until the end.
“Big Brother” Season 19 will return to CBS on Sunday at 8 p.m. EDT.
