Billy Baldwin Says Trump Hit On His Wife As Uninvited Party Guest
Actor Billy Baldwin on Friday said President Donald Trump hit on his wife during a high profile party at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan, two decades ago.
Baldwin revealed this in a tweet as a reply to a post made by Donald Trump Jr. on Thursday. In the tweet, Trump’s oldest son had talked about the latest sexual harassment allegations against Sen. Al Franken.
Baldwin in his tweet tagged Trump Jr.’s and called his father a “5th degree black belt” in sexually harassing women. He also went on to state his wife “showed his [Trump] fat a—the door.”
An un-named source, who was a guest at the party, said Baldwin organized an intimate birthday get-together in the Plaza Hotel for his to-be wife, American singer and actress, Chynna Phillips, according to a NY Daily News report.
He added, “Trump came barging in and started saying, ‘Let’s get in my helicopter, let’s blow this party and get out of here.’”
The source said there were around five people in the room and all of them felt uneasy after Trump showed up.
The president was the owner of Plaza Hotel at the time until he was forced to sell off the property after he declared bankruptcy in November 1992.
The source then reportedly added Trump came close to Phillips and “looked her up and down.”
He said, “He [Trump] tried to coerce her into getting in his helicopter. … Phillips laughed uncomfortably at the prospect and said thanks but no thanks.”
“When Trump realized it wasn’t a raging Hollywood party with strippers hanging from the roof, he left with his tail between his legs. … He was in the room for maybe 10 minutes.”
The un-named guest claimed he and Trump often went to the same parties.
These allegations come at a time when many sexual harassment and assault complaints are being reported against Congressmen. The White House however declined to comment on the issue.
Over time, numerous women have come forward and revealed how Trump has sexual harassed and assaulted them.
Natasha Stoynoff was pushed against the wall and forcibly kissed by Trump during an interview she was conducting for People’s magazine in 2005, according to a Washington Post report.
Another woman, Rachel Crooks, said the president kissed her on the lips in 2005, after she introduced herself and told him she was working as a receptionist at Trump Tower in Manhattan.
Trump denied these allegations and said he would sue the women who were making these complaints. Trump also received a lot of criticism for not vehemently talking against Republican Roy Moore, who has been accused by multiple women of sexual assault and harassment.
