Bing,Google and Yahoo merge to make search easier with schema.org
Bing,Google and Yahoo have joined hands to upgrade the search engines, by including more semantic data on websites to help users find the right page easily.
They have launched a site schema.org which hosts a schema of various types of data such as books, movies, TV series, music, audio, video, image, events organizations, and much more.
The data usually contains other associated information along with the required one.
Schema.org can be used by webmasters to markup their pages in ways recognized by major search providers. On-page markup enables search engines to understand the information on web pages and provide richer search results in order to make it easier for users to find relevant information on the web.
