Eight weeks of marriage and already rumors of a divorce between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are raging. Kim, who turns 31 on Saturday, vehemently denied the rumors of a split with her husband. However, the latest tabloids report she has hired a divorce lawyer and Humphries is all set to go back to an ex-girlfriend.

I don't know when they'll announce the split or why they got married in the first place but they are done, said a source close to the couple, according to MailOnline.

According to Star magazine, Kris was spotted partying in both Miami and New York without Kim and got cozy and flirty with multiple women while acting like a single man.

Even as recent as Monday, Kardashian sounded excited about her married life, saying that Kris was a really good guy and we're so happy. However, her producer, from the new show Kourtney and Kim Take New York confirmed that Kim's mapping out 2012, including holidays, and Kris isn't a part of it. Any itineraries for the future don't include Kris very much.

In recent media coverage, Kris was seen without his wedding ring while carrying boxes out of the New York hotel where he was living-in with his wife.

The couple, however, has denied all rumors about their crumbling marriage. On Oct.18, Kardashian posted a photo of herself and Humphries, taken at the Jay Leno show and complimented him for doing an amazing job via a tweet.

Rumors aside, here's wishing Kardashian a happy birthday and the couple a peaceful marriage...
