Blac Chyna-Tyga Supposed Custody Battle Update: King Cairo’s Mom Has Little Chance, Expert Says
Blac Chyna wants to be awarded full custody of King Cairo, the 2-year-old son she shares with ex-fiancé Tyga, but it’s not going to be easy, Hollywood Life reported Tuesday. Chyna is upset her ex is dating Kylie Jenner -- because Jenner is a teenager and Chyna doesn’t want her son around the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” reality star, TMZ reported.
Chyna, a model and former adult dancer, hired a lawyer to help make her case in court, but it probably won’t help her chances, Los Angeles attorney Mychal Wilson told Hollywood Life Tuesday. “She will attempt to portray [Tyga] in a bad light by illustrating his poor decision-making such as dating a teenager, 17-year-old Kylie Jenner, using drugs and nonpayment of rent at his Calabasas home,” he said.
The lawyer argued that Chyna’s judgment is just as bad as the rapper's. “There is plenty of material evidence such as videotapes of Blac Chyna out at clubs late at night and even twerking with [model] Amber Rose,” he said. “Ultimately, the judge will review all of the material evidence, and will decide what is in the best interest of the child.” Wilson added: “In light of Blac Chyna's own activities as a parent, her chances of obtaining full custody of her child with Tyga are slim to none.”
Chyna, 27, and Jenner regularly diss each other on Instagram in a passive-aggressive manner. They never call each other out by name, but instead make it obvious who the post is about. Over the weekend, Tyga neglected to wish the mother of his son a happy Mother’s Day. On the same day, Jenner shared a picture of her beau with Justin Bieber.
