Best Buy released Monday the preview list for items that will be heavily marked down this year on Black Friday, Nov. 23. The struggling electronics retailer is counting on the night of Thanksgiving into the following day for big business, and has a variety of items from TVs, to laptops and more on sale.

BlackFriday.com calls Best Buy a Black Friday favorite for its competitive bargains on televisions, computers, digital cameras, and other consumer electronics. The big blue electronics retailer has released a preview list that the Black Friday site calls boldly “amazing.”

The doorbusters section of the Black Friday 2012 preview from Best Buy includes items like a 40-inch Toshiba HDTV for only $179.99, a Samsung Laptop Bundle for $349.95, and popular DVD and Blu-Ray releases like "The Hunger Games," “Breaking Bad” season four and “Big Band Theory” season five for $8.99.

Those are just several items on the first page of the 22-page advertisement for the Black Friday 2012 blowout from Best Buy. ABC reports that BFads.net suggests that this move may have been inadvertent on the part of Best Buy.

While most major retailers have released teasers for their big sales for Nov. 23, none are as extensive as Best Buy’s, and even Best Buy’s past ads haven’t been so detailed this early in November. Best Buy could have lost a competitive edge by releasing their entire sale list weeks before the big day.

Though doorbuster deals don’t begin until around 4 a.m., Best Buy will be opening their doors at midnight to get customers in from the cold. Employees will be handing out tickets for doorbuster deals two hours before opening, according to the Best Buy advertisement.
