BlackBerry Priv Discounted Massively On eBay

In April, BlackBerry was offering a slew of discount deals and freebies with BlackBerry Priv, Passport, Classic and Leap. Not to forget, the Canadian tech giant cut down the price of the Priv by $50 permanently.

Now, the price of the same BlackBerry Priv has been reduced to $379.99 on eBay. The original price of this handset, tied to the model number STV100-1, was $799.99.

Interested buyers should, however, note that this device is available only in Black hue and it is an AT&T GSM unlocked handset. It supports 4G LTE, among other connectivity options.

So far, 216 units of this discounted model have been sold via this limited period offer. The seller Quality Cellz has 99.1 percent positive rating on eBay. The discounted units are located in California and U.S. customers can avail free shipping service upon ordering the device.

The BlackBerry Priv runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS out of the box. But then, the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS has already started rolling out to this device in the U.S.

Priv by BlackBerry features a 5.4-inch display, aided by 1,440 x 2,560 pixels resolution and Gorilla Glass 4 panel protection. This handset comes with a slider QWERTY physical keyboard along with dual-curved-side display.

Under the hood, the Priv is powered by a hexa-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon 808) processor and backed by a 3 GB of RAM configuration. In addition to the 32 GB internal storage space, this handset also supports microSD card to facilitate expansion of up to 128 GB.

Camera-wise, the BlackBerry Priv carries a phenomenal 18-megapixel rear-facing snapper and a modest 2-megapixel front-facing shooter for selfies and video chats.

A big Li-Ion 3,410 mAh non-removable battery unit helps back the entire configuration. This cell is capable of offering nearly 24 hours of talk time and about 420 hours of stand-by time.
