Blackpink’s Jennie Returns To Paris Fashion Week In A Stunning All-Black Ensemble

Jennie Kim dressed to impress for Chanel’s fall 2022 show on Tuesday which sent Twitter abuzz as fans raved about her sexy black attire for the event.

Jennie made sure she was dressed according to the theme of the show which paid homage to the iconic tweed suit. The 26-year-old “Solo” singer wore an all-black, school-girl inspired ensemble that featured a velour puffer jacket with matching shorts and a black tweed tube top. She finished her look with layered necklaces, white girly socks, platform sandals and a mini bag, all by Chanel. Her hair was braided in an updo with tendrils framing her face.

The K-pop star and Chanel ambassador sat front row beside French model Caroline de Maigret and was seen chatting and laughing during the event. The two were also spotted documenting the show on their phones.

Jennie has been a Chanel ambassador since 2017 and is frequently seen sporting the brand at public events and in music videos.

Twitter user @taemclub tweeted a clip of Jennie leaving the runway show venue and blowing kisses to the public before boarding a black vehicle. The fan wrote, “The cutest #JENNIEXCHANELFW22 #JENNIE #CHANEL."

In 2021, the Blackpink member was trending on Twitter after the brand's Paris Spring/Summer Fashion show for her two-piece red Chanel outfit. Popbase tweeted a photo of her outfit and wrote, "BLACKPINK’s Jennie on her way to CHANEL SS 2022 Show at Paris Fashion Week. #JENNIEXCHANELFW22.”

The past week saw a host of K-pop musicians travelling to Paris to attend the Paris Fashion Week. Her fellow Blackpink member, Jisoo, slayed in a Cher Horowitz-inspired plaid mini dress by Dior while GOT7’s Mark and Mamamoo’s Hwasa also attended the glitzy affair in eye-catching ensembles for Yves Saint Laurent and Louis Vuitton respectively.

Jisoo’s presence in Dior’s fashion show resulted in a long line of supporters outside the venue hoping to catch a glimpse of the “Snowdrop” actress and soon-to-be YG Entertainment solo artist.

“She is legendary,” a fan tweeted along with a photo of Jisoo waving to fans prior to the show.
