On the heels of a breakup rumor, Blake Lively and Leonardo DiCaprio are still very much together, showing up with some private time together in the romantic setting of Carmel, CA - a picturesque coastal town just south of San Francisco.

The two love birds were spotted taking a stroll through the center of town on June 16 and browsing the local stores. They stopped to grab some coffee at Carmel Coffeehouse & Roasting Company in the afternoon.

Blake ordered two cappuccinos, a source told People. One with whipped cream, and one without. But when she learned that the whipped cream was homemade, she added it to the second drink.

She was very sweet, the source added.

Leo, 36, stayed outside, camouflaged by his baseball hat - while Blake, 23, placed the order. They then continued their walk.

Blake had split Penn Badgley in September 2010 after three years with the Gossip Girl co-star and high school sweetheart. Leo and his girlfriend, Bar Refaeli, broke up in May after 5 years.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively were first publicly seen together at the Cannes Film Festival, and then were spotted traveling to Italy together.
