Blake Shelton-Gwen Stefani Update: ‘The Voice’ Coaches Feuding With Gavin Rossdale? Stefani Battling For Divorce

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been feuding with Gavin Rossdale as he is “trying to tear them apart” while his estranged wife battles to get their divorce finalized, InTouch magazine reported Wednesday. According to the report, Shelton and Stefani cannot take their relationship to the next level as Rossdale is trying to delay his divorce with “The Sweet Escape” singer.

“[Gwen]’s desperately in love with Blake and wants to start a new life with him, but she can’t until the divorce is final,” an insider told InTouch magazine, according to Hollywood Life. “This has turned into an all-out war with Gwen’s ex — and both Gwen and Blake feel like they’re under siege.”

Rossdale, who continues to wear his wedding ring despite his split with Stefani, seems to be in no rush to move ahead with the divorce proceedings, the report said.

“Gwen thinks he’s taunting her,” the source told the magazine. “It’s really screwing with her. Blake loves Gwen more than anything and he’s very protective. He hates that Gavin gets under her skin. Some guys would run the other way in this kind of situation. But seeing how it was getting to her, he recently made a surprising decision — to marry Gwen come hell or high water.”

“The war is going to get uglier,” the source reportedly said. “She wants a life with Blake. This relationship with him is a huge turning point in Gwen’s life. But Gavin is standing in her way. Gwen’s friends are very, very worried about her mental and emotional well-being right now.”

However, Gossip Cop debunked the report saying that there was no war between Rossdale and his ex-wife.

Shelton and Stefani, who started dating after their divorces from their respective partners, have been surrounded with several rumors. Some reports said that the two are planning a wedding soon, while others reported that Stefani is pregnant with Shelton’s first child.

Stefani, who divorced Rossdale last year, has three children with him — Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and 22-month-old Apollo. Stefani filed for divorce from Rossdale, 50, in August after 13 years of marriage.

Amid rumors of a feud with Rossdale, Stefani and Shelton are also reported to be recording a song together. The reports surfaced after “The Voice” coaches were spotted arriving together at a studio in Los Angeles Wednesday.

“I'm not saying that I've written a song with Gwen but I'm not saying I didn't,” Miranda Lambert’s ex earlier told Entertainment Tonight.
