Bloodied Brad Pitt, Joey King Spotted On 'Bullet Train' Set

Brad Pitt and Joey King were spotted on the set of "Bullet Train" and both were covered in fake blood.

Pitt and King have already started filming their upcoming American action thriller that’s directed by David Leitch. New photos of the two celebrities showed them looking bruised and gory on the set of "Bullet Train" in Los Angeles Tuesday, Page Six reported.

Pitt, 57, was sporting dark slacks and dirtied white T-shirt with fake blood on his arms and knuckles. In another picture, he was wearing a plastic face shield presumably to keep up with the pandemic guidelines and protect himself from COVID-19.

Meanwhile, King was also spotted on the set with fake blood on her face. She wore a pink top and paired it with a red skater skirt. Just like Pitt, the "Kissing Booth" star followed the COVID-10 precautions by wearing a face mask.

The film follows several assassins with conflicting motives aboard a fast-moving train in Tokyo. Their separate missions may end up connecting them to each other. King's character would try to kill Pitt's.

In a previous interview, King shared her experience on the "Bullet Train" set. She felt that it was different due to the pandemic. She also admitted that she wanted to hug Pitt but couldn't do it because they have to follow the social distancing protocol.

"The feeling of being on a set, the feeling of meeting all those new people, hugging on them, loving them, and just creating this family — it's not there," King was quoted by Yahoo! as telling InStyle editor-in-chief Laura Brown for "Ladies First with Laura Brown." "And we have to stay in our pods and I can't interact with people that I want. I want to meet everybody. I want to know everyone's name, but I can't leave my pod."

"You want to hug Brad Pitt," Brown interjected. "I want to hug Brad Pitt," King said while laughing.

"Bullet Train" is a film based on the Japanese novel "Maria Beetle" by best-selling author Kōtarō Isaka.

The film also stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Zazie Beetz, Brian Tyree Henry, Andrew Koji, Masi Oka, two-time Oscar nominee Michael Shannon and Lady Gaga.
