Power couple Beyonce and Jay-Z finally released the first photos of their daughter Blue Ivy Carter, who was born last month and already Twitter is going crazy with celebrities and fans describing the baby girl as cute and beautiful.

Like everything else in their lives, Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, kept Blue Ivy's birth private and only released what information they needed to and when they felt the time was right. There were speculations that the two would release Blue Ivy's first photos in a high-end, glossy magazine, but the couple proved the world wrong.

Instead, Jay-Z and Beyonce released Blue Ivy Carter's first photos, a little more than a month after she was born, on Jay-Z's lifestyle blog, Life + Times. The images of their newborn daughter surfaced on Friday afternoon with a message, We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives. - The Carter Family.

The pictires are a series of warm, intimate family portraits that give a rare glimpse into the life of Beyonce and Jay-Z who don't share much detail about their personal life with the media.

Beyonce and Jay-Z can be seen in separate photos holding their baby girl and smiling. Other pictures were of Blue Ivy Carter looking beautiful.

Beyonce gave birth to Blue Ivy Carter on Jan. 7. Soon after, the baby girl's father released the song Glory, dedicated to his daughter who was also featured on the track. Not even a year old as yet, and Blue Ivy began commanding the spotlight, as when her cries were heard on the song she became the youngest artist to ever appear on a Billboard chart.

Glamour tweeted, Jay-Z and Beyonce have released the first photos of Blue Ivy Carter and they are to die for.

Delivered in comfort

Reports are that Beyonce and Jay-Z rented the entire fourth floor of Lenox Hill Hospital on the Upper East Side for the birth of their first child together.

TMZ and other media reported that Beyonce and Jay-Z's baby girl Blue Ivy Carter was born into a suite that the hospital had built for VIPs. The room was reportedly first used by Beyonce and it contained four flat screen TVs, state of the art electronics, a kitchenette, mahogany walls, plush furnishings and nice art.

Jay-Z also reportedly had a bed where he could rest up.

Though Lenox Hill spokeswoman Ann Silverman didn't confirm whether the photos of the hospital room obtained by the media were in fact of the room in which Beyonce gave birth, she did say:

There are seven rooms that can be reconfigured, and they run $700 to $800 per night per room. You can do the math, Silverman said. There are four rooms on one side and three on the other.

Lenox Hill Executive Director Frank Danza did tell the New York Daily News that The stars really did align for them.

Fake pregnancy rumor, miscarriage

Before bringing her bundle of joy into the world, rumors circulated that Beyonce's pregnancy was a fake. The rumors started when she was seen doing an interview in Australia and her tummy looked as if it had deflated.

But the star stumped on the rumors and called the ridiculous.

And it seems as if Beyonce had suffered a miscarriage before Blue ivy Carter was born. in the song Glory, Jay-Z revealed the news of the miscarriage when he rapped the words, Last time the miscarriage was so tragic, we was afraid you'd disappear, but nah baby you magic.
