Bobbi Kristina Brown Wants To Play Mom Whitney Houston in Biopic: Report

There were recent reports that Rihanna wants to play Whitney Houston in a biopic of the singer's life, but Bobbi Kristina Brown is reportedly saying that she wants to play the role of her mother.

TMZ is reporting that sources say that Bobbi Kristina is telling friends that she would be perfect to play Houston because no one knew her better.

Our sources say [Bobbi Kristina] feels that if Easy E's son can play him in a movie, she can do it too, TMZ's report reads.

There has been no official word as yet regarding a Whitney Houston biopic.

E! Online has reported that Rihanna has expressed an interest in playing the role of Houston in a biopic.

That would be something that I would have to give my entire life to do because I would want to really pull it off, Britain's The Telegraph quoted Rihanna. That's a huge, huge role and whoever does it has to do a good job.

Names such as Jennifer Hudson, Brandy, Jordin Sparks and Meagan Good are all being thrown about.

Houston died on Feb. 11 at the Beverly Hilton hotel at the age of 48.
