'The Bold And The Beautiful' Recap For Wednesday: Julius Tests Rick's Commitment To Maya

Wednesday's episode of the CBS soap opera "The Bold and the Beautiful" was about Julius meeting Rick at the Forrester mansion. The episode also showed Aly planning for revenge by consulting her mom, Darla.

It focused on Rick Forrester (Jacob Young), Julius Avant (Obba Babatundé), Maya Avant (Karla Mosley), Nicole Avant (Reign Edwards), Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Alexandria "Aly" Forrester (Ashlyn Pearce) and Rick Forrester (Jacob Young).

It followed the events in Tuesday's episode which showed Julius telling Maya that they don't plan on leaving town soon. Maya was delighted to have her parents back in her life. She also told a skeptical Nicole about their father's change of attitude. Nicole and Vivienne both doubt Julius' intentions and they grilled him about it.

In Wednesday's episode, Rick finally met Maya's father, Julius Avant. Julius tested Rick's commitment to Maya. Meanwhile, Aly continued to talk to her dead mother Darla. She is constantly asking her for advice lately. Aly also planned to get some revenge against the people who have wronged her and those to whom she is closest.

Nicole also had a conversation with Vivienne. And, Ridge prepared for the upcoming fashion show of Forrester Creations, which will introduce some new designs and models. Rick and Maya ended up talking about Julius and how he is trying to accept Maya back in his life. Maya felt hopeful about his change of heart. But at the same time, she's cautious about it.

Steffy and Ridge talked about the new California Freedom Line and Aly's disapproval. Ridge thinks that they should all be on the same page for this new fashion line to succeed. Aly couldn't bear to be part of the new line and vowed to get revenge against Steffy and the others who have mistreated her or her loved ones.

Julius dropped by at the Forrester Mansion. Rick asked him about his decision to get to know Maya better. In turn, Julius questioned Rick on how he could love someone like Maya, who is transgender. Rick admitted that at first, he reacted badly to it. But his love for Maya ruled his uncertainties. Julius claims that he wants to get his family back. That's why he needs to be sure that Rick is fully committed to Maya.
