‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Brooke Starts Reconsidering Her Marriage Plans

She is set to marry Bill now after calling off her wedding to Ridge just a couple of months ago, but as the big day approaches, Brooke may be starting to have second thoughts on the Wednesday, May 17 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

After catching Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) kissing Quinn (Rena Sofer) on a beach in Australia, the day before her wedding to him, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) called things off with him for good on the CBS soap. Shortly after, she decided to reunite with Bill (Don Diamont) again, and the two quickly became engaged. Now, as the big day approaches, doubts could start creeping into her head as not only Ridge, but Quinn and others begin to press her about whether she’s making the right decision.

Ridge will once again try to convince her to give him another chance, reminding her that he made a mistake, and they haven’t let mistakes keep them from finding their way back to one another over the years. Now, he will beg her not to make the one mistake that will actually prevent them from finding their way back to one another—and that mistake is a marriage to Bill.

“We’ve both made mistakes over the years,” he says in a preview clip. “And we’ve always found our way back to each other. So let’s not make another mistake that we can’t come back from.”

Brooke will become emotional after Ridge’s declaration and will leave, but he won’t be the only one trying to encourage her to not rush into marriage with Bill, as Quinn will also ask her to try giving Ridge another chance. However, the pressure will get to Brooke, and she will explode on Quinn about how she has the nerve to tell Brooke what to do when she is the reason she didn’t marry Ridge in the first place.

“I was going to marry him in Australia, until I found you and Ridge kissing on a beach!” She says.

Meanwhile, Bill still has his concerns about just what may have led to Brooke and Ridge calling things off, since Brooke has yet to tell anyone the truth about why. And as he prepares to walk down the aisle, he may confide to his sons, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Liam (Scott Clifton( that he intends to find out the truth.

“Ridge did something to screw up,” he says. “The question is, what?”

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
