‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Can Brooke Help Bill Win The Custody Hearing?
She was called to testify on his behalf during the custody hearing, despite the fact that doing so could out the fact that she’s been working behind her sister’s back to try and help his case. Now, Bill’s potential fate rests in Brooke’s hands on the Monday, Oct. 1 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
The custody hearing began on the CBS soap to see if Katie (Heather Tom) could successfully get full custody of Will (Finnegan George) after deciding that Bill (Don Diamont) was too neglectful as a father. So far, things have been tough for both sides as various witnesses have been called to testify, with even those who were against Bill being forced to admit to some things he had done that were good. Bill still hasn’t been painted in the best light however either, making it necessary for him to take unexpected action.
Knowing he would need all the ammo he could get after Katie and Thorne’s (Ingo Rademacher) wedding, Bill then subpoenaed Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) to testify on his behalf, even though it would officially pit her against her own sister. Now, her time to take the stand has come, and though it could hurt her family, she will defend Bill’s rights as a father.
“Maybe Bill isn’t the best parent,” she says in a preview clip for the episode. “But he’s trying and he’s learning.”
Bill will be hoping that her testimony will be what helps him the most, but he will still have a big case to build in his favor if he wants to win.
What neither he, Brooke or even Katie knows is that the case has been already pre-determined, thanks to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) meddling. He went to Judge McMillan (Joe Lando) since he knew him in college and told him to rule against Bill as a long overdue favor. Now, though the judge is wary of throwing the case, it seems unlikely Bill will succeed.
“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
