‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: How Will The Baby’s Birth Change Everything?

They’ve all been worried about her as she prepares to give birth on Catalina Island with no one by her side. Now, as things take a dark turn in Hope’s delivery, shockwaves will be felt throughout every member of her family on the Friday, Jan. 4 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

As Hope’s (Annika Noelle) condition continued to progress, she had no choice but to allow Reese (Wayne Brady) deliver her daughter, Beth, even though there was no power in the clinic and no one who could be by her side. Though Liam (Scott Clifton) was on his way, it was too late, and as she pushed, Hope suffered a medical crisis. As Reese called out for her to stay with him, Hope instead passed out, with monitors beeping.

Now, it appears things will take an even darker turn, as spoilers for the CBS soap reveal that a “profound event occurs which sends shockwaves through the Forrester, Spencer, Avant, Spectra and Logan families.”

Reese has been feeling pressure due to his gambling debts and the goons he owes money too, and he may commit a crime of opportunity against Hope after she falls unconscious.

Though Hope may wake up, she may be told heartbreaking news that her baby didn’t survive—news which will bring a devastating blow to her. However, it could quickly be revealed that while she and everyone else will believe the baby didn’t make it, the child may survive—and wind up nowhere near her actual parents.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
