‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Ridge Tries To Win Brooke Back

She called off their wedding after catching him with Quinn, and has since reunited with Bill. However, Ridge won’t give up when it comes to trying to win Brooke back on the Thursday, April 27 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

After seeing Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Quinn (Rena Sofer) kissing on the beach in Australia, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) called off her wedding plans. Since their return to L.A., Brooke has sworn she would no longer give Ridge a chance to be with her again, because she was truly done with him this time. However, Ridge isn’t giving up on the CBS soap, and will seek her out to try and reconcile one last time, swearing that despite appearances, she is the one he wants to be with.

“I’m not guilty of loving Quinn,” he says in the clip. “Because I don’t. I love you.”

However, since they got back to town, Brooke also decided to do what would make her happy. Since she realized her happiness isn’t with Ridge because of how many times he has hurt and betrayed her, she decided to seek out Bill (Don Diamont) for a reunion. The two not only got back together and have resumed sleeping with one another again, but are also now engaged to be married once more. Because she wants to marry Bill, Brooke will be more resistant than ever to be with Ridge.

Ridge also has another motivation for trying to win Brooke back as well. Katie (Heather Tom) has used her knowledge of the situation to her advantage, blackmailing Quinn with the threat of telling Eric (John McCook) about the affair. Katie has also told Ridge that there would be a risk of her spilling the truth if she didn’t believe he was making a genuine effort to reunite with her sister, which has prompted his most recent attempts to get her back.

Meanwhile, despite being happy about his reunion with the woman he loves and cares for greatly, Bill will also experience some questions about the plan to marry again so quickly. As he discusses things with Wyatt (Darin Brooks), his son will express that it might all seem sudden, especially because Brooke only ended things with Ridge recently, and could be susceptible to falling for his charms again. However, Bill will be confident that whatever caused Brooke to call off the wedding is something that will keep her firmly committed to him this time around.

“Whatever happened had to be pretty significant for Brooke to call off the wedding the day before,” he says in the clip.

Still, as Wyatt continues to express doubts, especially since Brooke hasn’t let Bill know just what happened between her and Ridge in Australia, Bill may decide the time has come to find out the truth for himself. He will then head to Brooke’s to see if she’ll give him the answers he seeks, and when he sees Ridge there once again, trying to win Brooke back, it could lead to a nasty battle between the two men.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
