‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Sally Presses Her Luck With Liam

He’s proven to be an invaluable source to her as she tries to rebuild her business following a devastating fire. However, Sally’s attempts to see if there may be something more with Liam will quickly find her pushing the boundaries on the Monday, Oct. 9 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

Sally (Courtney Hope) has been on the receiving end of several unbelievable gifts from Liam (Scott Clifton) recently, including his giving her back the building that had burned in the Spectra fire, money to start the business back up again, and a business trip to San Francisco that will introduce her to influential people in her field. She finally questioned him, learning that he was partly motivated by making up for Bill’s (Don Diamont) role in the devastating fire. However, as the two head off to San Francisco on the CBS soap, she will begin to wonder if there may be something else motivating him as well.

After noting all of the generous things he has been doing on Spectra’s behalf lately, and seeing how close they have seemed to grow, Sally’s grandmother, Shirley (Patrica Darbo), encouraged her to try and see if there was anything more to Liam’s gestures. More specifically, she was encouraged to find out if his moves have also been partially made due to feelings he may have for Sally. Though she isn’t interested in being with Liam necessarily in that way, Sally will decide it’s worth trying to see what else may be going on.

“You put a lot on the line to defend me, and I really don’t know how I can thank you enough,” she says in a preview clip. “I just hope Steffy knows how lucky she is to have a husband like you.”

Liam will quickly realize however that by bringing up Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) name, that Sally may be fishing for a chance to be with him, and he will shut her down. He will make sure she understands that while he is trying to do the right thing by helping her rebuild, and will continue doing so, he isn’t motivated by any romantic feelings for her. After he reiterates that he is truly committed to his wife, Sally will concede and back down

However, Steffy’s loyalties to her husband could also soon be tested. Since she learned that Bill had the Spectra fire set and Liam had used that information to blackmail his father out of his company, she has been trying to heal the relationship between her husband and her father-in-law. She hasn’t had any success thus far, and unbeknownst to her, Bill has been entertaining thoughts of revenge on Liam for everything he did, and could be targeting her as the way to get payback. Now, he will reach out to Steffy once more, as he expresses anger and heartache over how much he has lost since Liam schemed against him.

“My own self-righteous boy scout of a son could ruin my life,” he shouts in the clip.

Now, Steffy may not know it, but she could officially become a pawn in Bill’s newest sick game.
