‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Steffy Tries Convincing Eric To Come Home

She now knows the real reason her grandfather disappeared and is holed up in a hotel with Sheila Carter of all people. However, Steffy will still be worried about Eric’s safety and will try to convince him to come back home again on the Thursday, July 20 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) found Eric (John McCook) in a seedy hotel room after she and Liam (Scott Clifton) tracked him down on the CBS soap, but couldn’t get any answers from him about why he was there, or what he was doing with Sheila (Kimberlin Brown). When she later went to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), she learned that Eric had been told of the kisses Ridge and Quinn (Rena Sofer) had shared, and he now no longer wanted anything to do with his family because of the betrayal from his son and his wife.

Steffy then went to confront Quinn about what she did and told her the best course of action would be for her to leave the Forrester mansion and Eric’s life for good, but Quinn isn’t going down without a fight, and will beg Steffy to believe her that she’s changed and can make things right.

“If you continue to support your grandfather and I, and if you just give me the chance to make things up to him, I promise you, I promise you, you won’t regret it,” Quinn cries in a preview clip.

However, Steffy won't be convinced because of all the feelings she had about Quinn from the beginning, the very ones she eventually put aside because Eric asked her to, and she will maintain that Quinn needs to leave.

Though Quinn is a big part of the problem for Eric, Steffy also feels his association with Sheila is a big threat and a danger as well. The only thing she sees as a solution is Eric coming back home, and she will encourage her grandfather to do just that. However, when he continues to refuse, Steffy will concede that he can stay hidden and low-key if he wants, but she will beg him to get as far away from Sheila as possible.

“I’m not going to tell the family that you’re here,” she says in the clip. “But just keep Sheila away, okay?”

Sheila of course won’t allow Eric to keep her away, since she sees herself as his only current ally, and she will continue to assure Eric that she will be there for him always, especially after he was betrayed by the two people in his family who should have been the most loyal to him out of anyone else.

“Eric, you suffered a huge blow from the two people you trusted the most,” she says.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
