‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Will Katie Pursue Full Custody Of Will?
She had hoped that Bill would fix his relationship with his youngest son and not disappoint her by continuing to neglect him. However, following Bill’s decision to postpone a day he was supposed to spend with Will in favor of a business meeting, Katie will ponder the possibility of filing for full custody of their son on the Friday, Aug. 24 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
Katie (Heather Tom) had believed Bill (Don Diamont) would come through and still keep his plan to be with Will (Finnegan George) for the day on the CBS soap. However, she was angry when Bill then called her to say he had to postpone things due to an important business meeting. Now, Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) has encouraged her to fight back in the best way possible, by filing for sole custody and taking Bill’s rights as a father away.
However, knowing Will wants to be with his dad, and fully aware of how dirty Bill would be willing to play if she went that route, Katie will question if it is the best route to take, since it wouldn’t necessarily work in her favor.
“How is it even possible?” she asks in a preview clip for the episode. “I mean, legally I wouldn’t even stand a chance.”
However, Thorne wasn’t the only one who believed it was the best move for Katie to make. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) also thinks it’s the best move, especially since his brother and Katie are a couple. However, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) will question if his advice to Thorne, encouraging him to get Katie to file for full custody, was the right move.
“He’s doing what’s best for Will,” Ridge says in the clip.
“We all want what’s best for Will,” Brooke replies.
Of course, whatever happens, will be entirely up to Katie, as she tries to figure out what option will be best for both her and her son.
“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
