She has been moving on with her life and accepted the fact that she isn’t going to be with Liam any longer, even though they will always share a special bond and connection through their daughter Kelly. However, as Steffy moves to do something for herself in her new life, she could also face some unexpected new problems on the Wednesday, July 22 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) confirmed to Liam (Scott Clifton) that while a part of her will always still love him and care for him, she knows she has a different future without him since he and Hope (Annika Noelle) are happily married on the CBS soap. While she is single, she admitted she is focused on life as a mother to their daughter, Kelly, and on her career as a Forrester CEO—meaning she isn’t taking time for herself.

However, as she now decides to go do something she hasn’t in a long time but that always allowed her to have some time to think, she will suffer from some very unintended consequences.

“Steffy heads out on her motorcycle for some quality ‘me’ time and is involved in an accident,” spoilers reveal.

This isn’t the first time that Steffy has been in a tragic accident on her motorcycle, which will make the situation even more heartbreaking when it happens. However, as that unfolds, there will also be another situation developing that could cause even more issues for others in the Forrester/Spencer/Logan families.

Sally (Courtney Hope) and Penny (Monica Ruiz) tied Flo (Katrina Bowden) to the radiator at Sally’s apartment and Sally has insisted she needs to keep her there as she continues trying to get Wyatt (Darin Brooks) back. Now, she has also revealed how she intends to keep him, and the two other women will be left to beg her not to do something as conniving as she plans.

“Dr. Escobar and Flo are shocked by Sally’s pregnancy plan and plead with her not to proceed,” spoilers state.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
