‘The Bold Type’ Season 2 Spoilers: 6 Things To Know About Episode 6

“The Bold Type” just keeps bringing Jane back to her Scarlet past. However, that might be a good thing in Season 2, episode 6. Here’s what Freeform fans should know about the episode:

1. Jane Gets An Award Nomination. Her sexual assault article, which revealed Jaqueline’s (Melora Hardin) attack, will get nominated for a Mandy award, a very high honor for journalists. It means Jane (Katie Stevens) will have to go back to Scarlet to meet up with Jacqueline to promote their achievement.

2. Jane Scores An Assignment. The nomination will erase the backlash of the viral video. Jane will be in demand again, and everyone wants a follow-up to the sexual assault story. However, another piece might not be the easiest thing for Jacqueline to handle.

3. Kat Sees Leila. In a sneak peek video for “The Bold Type” Season 2, episode 6, Kat (Aisha Dee) hits up a lesbian bar, and Adena (Nikohl Boosheri) is nowhere to be found. Instead, Kat is with Leila (Katerina Tannenbaum), the friend who had a starring role in her recent sex dream. Leila and Daniella (Gabrielle Graham) explain to Kat that everyone is buying her drinks because she’s fresh meat.

4. Kat Makes A Confession. The promo video for episode 6 shows Kat nervously confessing something to Adena, and the photographer decides to leave. It looks like the honeymoon phase is officially over for these two.

5. Sutton Meets Richard’s New Date. Oliver (Stephen Conrad Moore) tells Sutton (Meghann Fahy) that she has a styling gig straight from Jacqueline — dressing Richard’s (Sam Page) date. Sutton first caught a glimpse of his new love when she saw them outside of his apartment building last week, but now, she has to spend some one-on-one time with her.

6. Brooke Gets Bored. We’ve known from the start that Brooke (Alexandra Turshen) was never going to be true best friend material. She just wants to party, but Sutton might need a little less tequila and a little more alone time. She’ll be seriously bummed about Richard moving on, and Brooke’s only advice is to keep partying and sleeping around. Will Sutton finally ditch the influencer?
