Bonnaroo Festival lineup announced; Eminem and Buffalo Springfield to play

February is awaited like Christmas by some hard-core music lovers.The Bonnarroo Music Festival line-up was announced. Being the festival's 10th anniversary, the fans were not disappointed by this year's choices.

Buffalo Springfield will headline the festival and start their reunion tour from there. It is after nearly 43 years that they will play together and the band includes legendary musicians Neil Young and Stephen Stills.

Eminem, Arcade Fire, Lil Wayne and Mumford and Sons are some other headliners.

The annual Bonnaroo Music festival is held in Manchester, Tennessee, in the middle of June. This year is it is from June 9 to 11.

First timers to the festival should be well prepared to get wet and dirty. There is mud, heat and it smells. The air stinks after the second day with so many campers gathered together in the hot weather. For the hard core fans, obviously it is worth the effort to make it there again.

The festival every year manages to get a good line up of bands and singers. And a few years back they expanded their repertoire to include more acts. Last year the comedy line-up was head lined by Conan O'Brien.
