'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' Chapter 58 Spoilers, Release Date: Who Is Code's Next Target?

Code is desperate to kill Naruto and Sasuke Uchiha. He seeks Eida's help to figure out what Konohagakure is planning. However, the spoilers for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 58 indicate Code's immediate target is not Naruto or Sasuke but someone else.

Twitter user Abdul Zoldyck shared a brief preview for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 58. The preview teases that Code will be going after Boruto in the next chapter.

In the previous chapter, Code asks Bug to wake Eida up. Bug warns him about her exceptional abilities and it is likely she will disregard his orders.

Code brushes off Bug and takes matters into his own hands. He breaks the container that has Eida. Code tells Bug he will kill her if she defies him.

Elsewhere, Naruto talks to Five Kage about neutralizing Code.

During the meeting, Shikamaru explains how the Konohagakure's patrols launched several operations on the Kara base but failed because the base is in another dimension.

Shikamaru fears Code, who is a Kara holdout, had anticipated their move and acted accordingly. Moreover, he feels Code is aware of Amado surrendering to the Hidden Leaf.

The members of Five Kage want to know Code's motives. Shikamaru states Code wants to kill people who subdued Isshiki Ohtsutsuki. He also wants to cultivate the Divine Tree from Ten-Tails.

The members ask Naruto if they trust Amado, who is a former Kara member. Naruto reveals he doesn't trust him completely but Amado has been instrumental in the battle against Isshiki.

They also ask Naruto about Momoshiki Ohtsutsuki's Karma and Boruto. Naruto tells them they are still looking for an effective solution. One of the members shares his concern about Boruto becoming an Isshiki-level threat. Naruto assures that if Boruto becomes a threat, he will do what needs to be done as a Hokage.

Later, in "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 57, Amado gives Naruto a drug he crafted to weaken the Byakugan's power. The scientist explains the origin of Byakugan is connected with Ohtsutsuki and if they weaken the former, they might slow down the process of Ohtsutsukification of the cells inside Boruto.

"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 58 is releasing on May 20. The manga chapter will be available on Viz and Manga Plus.
