The official website released the synopsis for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 191. After escaping from the lab in Ryutan, Kawaki arrives in the downtown area as he looks for food to make up for his exhausted strength.

Since his arm is not healing, he needs nutrition and a safe place before he passes out. Sumire, who is looking for Kawaki, appears with Nue. She is worried about Kawaki’s injured body, but he continues to remain hostile toward her.

Later, Sumire talks about herself and her past with Kawaki.

In the previous episode, when Kawaki tries to escape from the lab, Sumire confronts him in the stairwell. She warns him against leaving the facility. However, he ends up attacking her. Sumire’s trusted ally, Nue, witnesses the attack and gets furious. Seeing Sumire suffer, Nue transforms into a beast and bites into Kawaki’s arm.
