The official synopsis of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 218, which is out on TV Tokyo, reveals Momoshiki Otsutsuki is taking over Boruto's consciousness and forcing him to go after his own allies.

Kawaki is witnessing Boruto brutally attacking Sasuke. He yells at Boruto in an attempt to shake Momoshiki out of his brother's consciousness. Unfortunately, Kawaki's voice is unable to reach Boruto. Sasuke seems to have an idea of how they can bring Boruto back.
