'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' Episode 243 Spoilers, Preview And Release Date

The cryptogram left behind by Funamushi indicates Kirigakure Village might be in danger in "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 243. The new episode is titled "Where I Belong."

The official preview trailer of Episode 243 is out and Boruto seems to be missing after the fierce battle against Seiren. Sarada, Kawaki and the others are looking for their comrade.

On one hand, Sarada and the others from Hidden Leaf Village are trying to get back home and on the other, Kirigakure Village is likely in trouble.

Boruto has gone to Kajiki's dock to get the ship and it is possible he will cross paths with Ikada again. Meanwhile, Ikada learns Kagura and Boruto are behind Seiren's terrible condition.

In Episode 242, Seiren went after Kagura and Boruto. She went all out and attacked the duo. However, toward the end of the episode, Boruto and Kagura managed to beat her.

"In retaliation against Boruto and his friends for destroying Tenma's mobile fortress, the pirates land on the Isle of Shipbuilders. Funamushi, a follower of the Funato Clan, attacks Kagura, hoping to capture him alive so that he can use him as a bargaining chip," read the official synopsis of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 242, according to Crunchyroll.

"Kagura fights back using the Hiramekarei — the twin swords that the Sixth Mizukage Chojuro entrusted to him — but Funamushi is a formidable foe. Meanwhile, Seiren appears before Boruto and torments him with her persistent attacks. Can Boruto find his way out of this predicament?!" the synopsis continued.
