Boy Or Girl? Lauren Conrad Reveals Baby's Gender

Lauren Conrad and husband William Tell revealed Friday afternoon the gender of their first child on Instagram.

"It's a guy," the card in the photo read.

As her pregnancy progressed, she wanted to reveal the bay's sex in the best way possible.

"I found this adorable birth announcement while helping my Grandma move," Conrad wrote in the photo's caption. "I thought it was the perfect way to share that William and I are expecting a baby boy."

The gender-reveal news arrived two days after the former "Laguna Beach" star took to Instagram to showcase her new LC Lauren Conrad Beach Collection, according to People. Conrad also showcased on Instagram her own beach bod in a bikini to help promote the upcoming collection.

"It's finally here! I'm so excited to announce that my @lclaurenconrad beach collection just launched," she wrote in the caption of her Instagram photo. "The collection has all the swimsuits, coverups and beachy outfits you'll need to get ready for summer."

She then added: "Up until now we only had sample sizes so I wasn’t able to squeeze into a bikini for my baby moon, but I lived in the pretty coverups like the one above."

In late May, "The Hills" star had a baby shower to honor her first born. She celebrated the momentous occasion with family and close friends, according to Us Weekly.

"So lucky to have these wonderful ladies in my life!" she wrote as the caption for her Instagram story photo. "They spoiled me with a beautiful shower today."

Although the gender of her newborn had not been revealed to the public at the time, one can't help but notice that the long, striped maxi dress she donned that day contained a shade of blue on it. Could it be possible that she hinted to her loyal followers the gender of her baby that very day? Coincidence or not, a confirmation of this from Conrad would be greatly appreciated.

Conrad continued to give fans a taste of her fun-filled baby shower on Instagram. Likewise, she posted a picture of a beautiful cake covered in berries and flowers, saying: "Thank you to all my girls for my beautiful baby shower yesterday."

One of the guests in attendance included Conrad's longtime friend and "The Hills" co-star, Lo Bosworth.

Fellow co-star Heidi Montag, who is also coincidentally pregnant at this time, revealed whether Conrad reached out to her to congratulate her on her pregnancy.

"Obviously, I didn't hear from Lauren, but I wasn't expecting to," Montag said during an interview on E!'s "Daily Pop."

According to Refinery29, Montag added that fellow MTV stars Kristen Cavallari and Audrina Patridge — who are mother's now too — "reached out" to wish her well. Likewise, it's safe to assume Montag didn't reach out to Conrad either.

Nonetheless, we are very excited for Conrad's pregnancy journey. Hopefully, loyal fans will learn the name of Conrad and Tell's son soon.
