Jennifer Aniston may attend the nuptials of her ex-husband after Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie got engaged this past weekend.

A source close to Aniston confirmed to The Sun that the former 'Friends' actress was happy for the pair. Previous reports stated that Aniston blamed Jolie for her split from Pitt.

Jolie and Pitt were rumored to get together on the sets of the 2005 hit Mr. & Mrs. Smith while Pitt was still married to Aniston.

Despite her initial heartbreak, Aniston found love again with Justin Theroux. The pair is rumored to be considering getting married as well.

Jennifer is happy for Brad and Angelina. She is so in love with Justin that she is really grateful how things turned out, said a source to The Sun.

If it weren't for Angelina, Jennifer would not have connected with Justin. I wouldn't be surprised if she even went to the wedding.

Pitt and Jolie will marry in their French chateau later this year.

No date has been set yet but they'll probably go back to their home in France to get married, said the source.

They confirmed their engagement last week via Pitt's spokeswoman Cynthia Pett-Dante.

''Yes, it's confirmed. It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There's no date set at this time, said Pett-Dante in a statement.

The pair is hoping to move to the UK for two years while Jolie shoots the fantasy drama Maleficent.

They loved it when they were in the UK last year. They like the culture and are happy for their children to receive schooling here, said a source to The Sun.

They think Richmond is a beautiful part of the world. Angelina starts work on her next film, Maleficent, in about three weeks so Brad will look after their brood over summer as he won't start work on the Ridley Scott film until September.

Pitt and Jolie are parents to Maddox, 10, Pax, nine, Zahara, seven, Shiloh, five and three-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

Pitt helped design Jolie's engagement ring along with Robert Procop.
