Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston Outrageous Rumors: Ex-Couple Had ‘Vicious’ Fight Days Before Oscars?

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston didn’t make a joint appearance at the Oscars a few weeks ago, but the former couple crossed paths at the after-party.

Globe claimed to know the reason why Pitt and Aniston didn’t reunite at the awards show even though they made headlines at the SAG awards just weeks earlier.

An unnamed source told the tabloid that Pitt and Aniston got into a vicious fight a couple of days before the Oscars. The insider claimed that Pitt told Aniston that he wanted to make their relationship public at the Oscars but only if she will promise to quit guzzling. Unfortunately, his demands did not sit well with Aniston.

The insider went on to say that Aniston supports her ex-husband’s sobriety, but she also enjoys her nights out and out of town events. The “Friends” star allegedly doesn’t want to walk back into her old life where other people are dictating the terms of how she should live it.

“There were so close to making their reunion official – but Brad’s demands drew a real wedge between them. Jen was stung that Brad felt he could give her an ultimatum. Only time will tell if either of them will budge,” the source.

However, all of the claims made by the tabloid should be taken with a grain of salt. Aniston and Pitt did not have a vicious fight before the Oscars. And they also hung out briefly at the after-party.

It is also important to note that Aniston and Pitt shouldn’t be expected to hang out all the time because they haven’t gotten back together. And even though they obviously care for one another, they have no plans to rekindle their romance.

Following the Oscars after-party, a source revealed that there was no sizzle between the former couple. This statement proves that even though they are on good terms, it is unlikely for them to be a couple again.

After the former couple divorced in 2005, it didn't take Aniston and Pitt very long to move on from each other. In fact, Pitt was already seeing Angelina Jolie while he was still married to Aniston. The two A-listers met on the set of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith."

Following their divorce, Aniston opened up about her relationship with Pitt during her interview with Vanity Fair. The "Morning Show" star shockingly revealed that she didn't have any idea that Pitt was having an affair with Jolie.

Aniston said that she doesn't think that Pitt would do something to intentionally hurt her. After all, the "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood" star is not mean-spirited.

“Brad is not mean-spirited; he would never intentionally try to rub something in my face. In hindsight, I can see him going, ‘Oh - I can see that that was inconsiderate.’ But I know Brad. Brad would say, ‘That’s art!’” Aniston said.

Despite her positive outlook post-divorce, it also took Aniston and Pitt a few years before they rekindled their friendship. Pitt called Aniston after her mom passed away a few years ago, and they have stayed in touch since then.
