Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston reportedly had a secret weekend getaway.

Pitt and Aniston are both single following their split from their second spouses, Angelina Jolie and Justin Theroux, respectively. Fans are hoping that they would get back together.

Just recently, Woman’s Day published a report claiming that the “Cake” actress and “Ad Astra” actor have rekindled their romance. They reportedly enjoyed a weekend getaway at Pitt’s beach house in Santa Barbara, California.

“Ever since Brad made the grand gesture of appearing at Jen’s 50th birthday bash in February, they’ve been meeting up on the sly,” the outlet’s insider said.

Aniston and Pitt reportedly wanted to go on dates like any normal couple, but they couldn’t make it because many would recognize them. They also didn’t like hanging out at each other’s house because there were too many memories of their exes, so Pitt’s beach house was the perfect place.

The insider added that Pitt and Aniston are “making the most of their private little beach bubble, because they both know that sooner rather than later, they’ll have to go public with their recoupling.”

However, one should take the report with a grain of salt as both Pitt and Aniston’s reps have already said that they are not back together. It’s true that Pitt attended Aniston’s birthday bash in February, but they didn’t rekindle their romance.

Following Pitt’s attendance at Aniston’s birthday bash, there were a lot of rumors about the ex-spouses that were not true. There were reports about the couple getting married on her 50th birthday. New Idea published a report suggesting that it was a double celebration because aside from Aniston’s birthday, they reportedly had a secret wedding ceremony.

The pair knew that they couldn’t organize a wedding without the plans being leaked, so they agreed to tie the knot on Aniston’s birthday, which was not true.

It wasn’t the only wedding rumor that plagued the exes. In Touch also published a report claiming that Pitt and Aniston got married secretly at his backyard. The report even included a photo of Aniston and Pitt, but the picture was digitally altered because in the original photo, Pitt was actually kissing Jolie.
