Brad Pitt's Ex-Girlfriend Nicole Poturalski Breaks Silence After Split Reports

Brad Pitt's ex-girlfriend Nicole Poturalski broke her silence after several outlets confirmed that her romance with the actor was over.

On Wednesday, the German model shared two photos of herself lounging in bed, along with a cryptic message.

"Hang in there just for a little bit longer," Poturalski captioned the snaps on Instagram.

News of Pitt and Poturalski's split broke earlier in the day, with one unnamed source telling Us Weekly that the two had parted ways a while ago.

"Brad and Nicole have been over for a while now," the source said. "They had a short-lived relationship that was never too serious."

Several other reports also said that the Oscar winner's relationship with the 27-year-old model was "never a big deal."

"It was never all that serious as it was cracked up to be," another anonymous source told Page Six.

Before reports of their split surfaced, Poturalski was spotted having dinner with her husband, Roland Mary, in Berlin on Oct. 23, sparking rumors that she and Pitt had already broken up.

Poturalski and her husband are allegedly in an open marriage. When Mary was asked about his wife's affair with Pitt back in August, he replied, "No comment.”

The actor and the model were first spotted together in November last year when they attended Kanye West’s opera performance at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles with Pitt’s friend, Alia Shawkat.

They were romantically linked to each other in August when Pitt and Poturalski were spotted together at Paris–Le Bourget Airport. The “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” star took her to Chateau Miraval, the estate he and ex-wife Angelina Jolie bought in 2008.

Pitt's move raised some eyebrows, with some criticizing the actor for taking his then-girlfriend to the estate on his former wedding anniversary with Jolie.

However, an unnamed insider told Us Weekly at the time that Pitt didn’t care about Jolie’s reaction and even allegedly expected her to lash out.

"Taking Nicole to Miraval on their former wedding anniversary, Brad knows exactly what he is doing and the reaction it’s going to get from Angelina," the source claimed. "He just doesn’t care if Angelina is going to lash out. He expects she will."
